Some of BPA’s greatest successes involve students who have learned much from being in the organization (skills like public speaking, professionalism, conflict resolution, etc.) and have made a great impact moving into their professional careers. Through servant leadership and service learning, to youth philanthropy and community engagement, Business Professionals of America is continually inspired to provide real-world opportunities and experiences to our members.

FCCLA: Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America
Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) offers members the opportunity to expand their leadership potential and develop skills for life—planning, goal setting, problem solving, decision making, and interpersonal communication—all necessary within the home and workplace. FCCLA is unique among youth organizations because its programs are planned and run by members. It is the only Career and Technical in-school Student Organization with family as its central focus.

HOSA: Future Health Professionals
HOSA’s mission is to empower members to become leaders in the global health community through education, collaboration, and experience. Membership is available for middle school, high school, postsecondary, and collegiate students with an interest in health and medical careers.

IASB: Indiana Association of Student Broadcasters
The Indiana Association of School Broadcasters is an organization consisting of and supporting Indiana high schools and colleges to promote professional excellence and student recognition in the area of media education. IASB membership consists of secondary schools and post-secondary schools that offer academic, career technical education or extra-curricular programs related to electronic media.

Statewide student competition - This competition includes over 30 audio and video categories. The top three student entries in each category are recognized with plaques or certificates.​

Annual Conference and Live Finals - Over 800 students from around the state either attended the workshops or competed in live finals in several categories this past year.

The National Technical Honor Society is an educational non-profit that exists to honor, recognize, and empower students and teachers in Career & Technical Education. As the honor society for Career & Technical Education, NTHS serves over 100,000 active members annually in both secondary and postsecondary chapters across country.

How to get involved?
Students are nominated, then must apply if interested. Students are selected based on involvement, letter of recommendation and application and must maintain a GPA of 3.0 or above.
